Shipping & Payment Policy

Thank you for visiting Noriko Global Education & Business. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

BOOKS

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are dependent on order volume. Shipping is free for all orders over $50.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please submit a support ticket HERE

TUTORING

Upon confirmation of payment, the Student and the Noriko Global Education & Business ("NGEB") shall be considered as entering into a contract, pursuant to which the Student agrees to purchase. NGEB immediately arrange an Zoom orientation with the Teacher to set up the first lesson. The Student acknowledges and agrees that NGEB have the right to take such actions with respect to the Lesson Contract, including without limitation suspension, termination, or legal actions, IF any illegal and/or suspicious actions the Student causes are found, as NGEB in its sole discretion deems necessary to protect the value, reputation, and goodwill of the NGEB Learning Platform.

PROGRAM

Upon receiving the Registration fee ($200) and Program Agreement, the Student and the Noriko Global Education & Business ("NGEB") shall be considered as entering into a contract, pursuant to which the Student agrees to the program participation. The registration fee secures your spot, but non-refundable at any time. The rest of the program fee (the Registration fee is a part of the Program fee) shall be paid by the designated date.

Return & Refund Policy

 

BOOKS

7-Day Money Back Guarantee for unopened items

We offer a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee on all unused and undamaged books. The book must be unaltered and in original, new condition. Shipping charges to Noriko Global Education & Business must be paid by customer.

Upon acceptance and processing of the return, all funds will be returned to the original method of payment (minus any fees) and will be processed by Noriko Global Education & Business within 7 business days of receipt of product (excluding weekends and holidays).

Noriko Global Education & Business reserves the right to exchange damaged books rather than offering a refund.

​

Due to the nature and logistics of inventory management and distribution, after 7-business days of purchasing date, no return and refund will be occurred. Noriko Global Education & Business DOES NOT accept returns on books that have been used, scratched, damaged, or abused as they cannot be resold as new products.

TUTORING

7-Day Money Back Guarantee for un-started courses

We offer a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee on all un-started courses. all funds will be returned to the original method of payment (minus any fees) and will be processed by Noriko Global Education & Business within 7 business days of receipt of service (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

After 7-days , no cancellation will be occurred. All the hours must be used within 10 months after the purchasing date. After 10 months, unused hours will be invalid.

1. Prohibition on Friendly Fraud

"Friendly Fraud" is when a person initiates a fraud dispute with a payment provider, claiming that their credit card (or other payment method) was not intended to be used. Because NGEB do not offer refunds, users that disagree with the policy have tried to use Friendly Fraud to receive a refund. This type of behavior is illegal and prohibited by all payment providers. NGEB also strictly oppose Friendly Fraud. If Friendly Fraud is discovered, the Student's NGEB Account will be deactivated, purchased credits will be confiscated, and the Student will be noted as a financial security risk. In the case of honest mistakes, NGEB can reverse the transaction. We strongly advise Students to contact NGEB Customer Service to resolve any financial disputes.

 

2. Prohibitions

In addition to complying with the restrictions regarding improper use of the NGEB Services described in the NGEB Terms, you understand and agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws, rules, regulations, and tax obligations that may apply to you in connection with the use of the Payment Services. In addition, you may not and you agree that you will not:

  1. Violate any local, state, provincial, national, or other law or regulation, or any order of a court, such as money laundering and internet fraud or theft;

  2. Use the Payment Services for any commercial or other purposes that are not expressly permitted by this Payment Policy;

  3. Use the Payment Services to transmit, distribute, post or submit any information concerning any other person or entity, including without limitation, personal contact information or credit, debit, calling card or account numbers, or photographs of others without their permission;

  4. Register any Payment Method or Withdrawal Method with your NGEB account that is not yours or you do not have authorization to use;

  5. Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any NGEB system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;

  6. Avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble, or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by NGEB or any other third party (including another Member) to protect the Payment Services;

  7. Forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting, or in any way use the Payment Services to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information;

  8. Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the Payment Services;

  9. Use credit cards or other payment methods fraudulently;

  10. Advocate, encourage, or assist any third party in doing any of the foregoing.

 

NGEB has the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, and as set in this Payment Policy, NGEB may take a range of actions against you, including but not limited to limiting access to your NGEB Account and any associated Payment Services, for a violation of this Payment Policy.
